BSharp Tech (BSharp Technology Pty Ltd) was founded in July 2018 by Matt Grill. We aim to build a world-class software company that leverages local Australian software talent and utilises modern software development practices. We also aim to build a flexible working culture that enables people to balance their family and life commitments.
We presently design and develop websites and web applications for small to medium enterprises (SMEs) to help grow their business and brand. We also provide support and monitoring for websites, including security, search engine optimisation (SEO), uptime and performance monitoring.

Matt has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, including 18 years working for Telstra. He holds a Bachelor's in ICT from the University of Wollongong and an MBA from AGSM, UNSW. He's passionate about leading teams to create world-class software solutions.
