All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian Good’s and Services Tax (GST).

For websites that have not been designed and developed by us, there is a once-off $250 starting fee. This is to cover the setup of access and build an understanding of the configuration and design of your site and code. 

If your website is significantly outdated and experiencing stability issues, there may also be a once-off update fee to get the site into a stable condition.

We are committed to providing excellent service to keep you as a client, so we don’t believe we need to lock you into a long term contract to keep you.

Fortnightly Report

All our plans include a fortnightly report to your nominated email. The report will include details about site performance, uptime and security. Pro plans will include details on performance tuning and Pro plus will include details on security patching.

What is a support credit?

We have broken down our support into a credit system, rather than trying to measure everything in either dollars or hours, we wanted to simplify the system and just refer to credits. Generally one credit is equal to one request. 

How much do I get for one credit? 

One request is equals to one credit, unless we believe the request in question will take considerable effort to perform. For example, a change to an existing page will be one request and use one credit. However, if you request a change to two pages in one request, then this would consume two credits. Likewise, if there is a support issue with the site, this would consume one credit. Generally most things are only one support credit and we will let you know if it will consume more than one credit and why. 

What are your Business Support Hours

We only respond to support issues between Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) – excluding public holidays . However, there will be times where we will work outside of these hours in order to perform maintenance or changes on your site. For example, deploying updates that involve a disruption to service are generally done overnight whilst your website usage is low. 

Can I change my plan? 

You can change your plan up or down to suite your needs. If you require more credit in one month and less the next, you can change your contract up and down as you go up to a maximum of three changes per calendar year. If you change your plan mid month, you existing plan will continue until that month expires and then the new plan will take effect. 

Do unused credits accumulate?

Credits are only provided each month and do not roll over into the next month. If you find you are consistently not using all your credits, then you could consider lowering your plan. Remember though, that higher plans also include more tuning and pro-active maintenance and if you lower your plan you may to stop receiving other maintenance activities. Example if you go from a Pro+ plan to a starter plan, you will lose Performance Tuning, SEO monitoring & tuning, WordPress core updates and WordPress Backups.

What is substantial plugin support? 

This is support for a WordPress plugin that makes up substantial functionality for your site. Examples include LearnDash, GEO Directory, and WooCommerce.
